3. Service Usage Requirements

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 25 years of age
Possess a minimum of 3 years driving experience
Hold a valid driving license recognized in Singapore
Provide accurate and complete identification documents
Maintain appropriate conduct throughout the service period
Comply with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations

4. Booking and Reservation

4.1 Reservation Process

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and our acceptance. Initial inquiries do not constitute confirmed bookings. We will confirm availability and provide detailed terms before any commitment.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by programme. Full payment or deposit may be required prior to vehicle collection. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be accommodated. Specific cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and vary by service programme. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.

5. Vehicle Use and Care

Users agree to:

Operate the vehicle safely and within legal speed limits
Maintain the vehicle in good condition during the rental period
Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
Return the vehicle on time and in similar condition as received
Not use the vehicle for racing, competitions, or illegal activities
Not sublet or allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
Not transport hazardous materials or exceed passenger capacity

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Coverage Provided

Comprehensive insurance coverage is included with all rentals. This covers damage to the vehicle and third-party liability subject to policy terms and conditions. Specific coverage details are provided during orientation.

6.2 User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for damage resulting from negligence, reckless driving, or violation of these terms. Users may be liable for deductibles as specified in the rental agreement.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Users assume responsibility for their own property and belongings left in vehicles.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Violate any Singapore laws or regulations

• Use vehicles for commercial transport or delivery services

• Drive under the influence of alcohol or substances

• Operate vehicles outside Singapore without prior authorization

• Tamper with vehicle systems, odometers, or safety features

• Smoke or consume food that may damage vehicle interiors

• Engage in activities that void insurance coverage

• Provide false information during the booking process

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, remains the property of aureatiha. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires written permission.

9. Service-Specific Terms

Connoisseur's Selection

Standard rental terms apply with flexible mileage arrangements discussed during booking. Minimum rental period and deposit requirements apply.

Corporate Fleet Programme

Monthly retainer with specific service level agreements. Advance notice required for modifications. Corporate billing and documentation provided.

Collector's Concierge

Bespoke arrangements with vehicle-specific terms. Enhanced security measures may apply. Extended consultation process before confirmation.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution of disputes through good faith discussions for 30 days before pursuing formal proceedings.

10.2 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, parties may pursue mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Singapore before considering litigation.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Jurisdiction rests with Singapore courts for any legal proceedings.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services under these conditions:

With 30 days written notice for ongoing arrangements
Immediately for material breach of terms
For violation of prohibited uses or safety concerns
For non-payment or fraudulent activities

Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due. Certain provisions survive termination including liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution clauses.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients.

13. General Provisions
